Youth Registration
To register your son with Troop 370, you will need to complete the BSA Youth Application, the Annual Health and Medical Record, and submit yearly dues.
Step 1. Complete an online Scouting application
troop370atlanta.org/bsa-youth-app- You will be asked to sign in with your my.scouting.org account or create a new one.
- You will be able to pay the BSA youth registration fee ($85) within the application.
Step 2. Let us know you submitted an online application
- Email [email protected] to notify the Troop that you submitted an application.
Step 3. Complete and compile the health record
troop370atlanta.org/healthform- Please complete all items. For your convenience, all required items are highlighted in the linked PDF file.
- Parts A, B1 & B2 need to be completed at this time and returned
with the Application.
- Remember to attach a copy of your insurance card (front and back) to Part B.
- Part C, which requires a doctor's signature, will need to be completed for summer camp or other campouts with a duration greater than 72 hours and can be completed later.
- Email questions to [email protected].
Step 4. Prepare the documents for digital submission
- Combine the health form and insurance card into a single PDF file.
Include a scan of your insurance card as the last page of the health form PDF.
Step 5. Pay Troop dues
Pay by Venmo, PayPal (send to friend option), or Check. Instructions are at payments.troop370atlanta.org.- $85 for all youth for 2025
Step 6. Complete registration
To complete registration, email the single PDF file from Step 4 to [email protected] and [email protected].
Once your application and registration fee from Step 1 are complete, Troop 370 will receive electronic notification to review your application to join Troop 370. We will accept your application once we receive Troop dues and your health form and insurance card from Step 4.
If you prefer to hand-deliver the application, health form, and insurance card copy, you may submit the application and health records to an Assistant Scoutmaster or Troop Committee member on a Wednesday Troop meeting.

Upon completion of registration, a welcome email will be sent to you. That email will include important information about how to navigate Troop 370 successfully.
Youth Transfer
To transfer from a different Unit to Troop 370, you will need to provide transfer information, complete the Annual Health and Medical Record, and submit yearly dues.
Step 1. Provide transfer information
- Troop 370 will transfer your membership. Your origin Unit does not need to complete any paperwork.
- Submit the following information to [email protected]:
- Scout's full name
- Scout's BSA registration number
- You can find the registration number on your son's membership card, or you can find it by signing in to your son's my.scouting.org account and clicking the Manage Member ID button.
- Scout's birth date
- Parent or legal guardian's full name
- Parent or legal guardian's birthdate
- Address
- Contact phone number
- Date to transfer

Adult Registration
To register with Troop 370, you will need to complete the BSA Adult Application and take the BSA’s online Youth Protection Training course.
Step 1. Complete an online Scouting application
troop370atlanta.org/bsa-adult-app- You will be asked to sign in with your my.scouting.org account or create a new one.
- Completing an application will result in a background check.
- You will be able to pay the BSA adult registration fee ($60) within the application.
Step 2. Let us know you submitted an online application
- Email [email protected] to notify the Troop that you submitted an application.
Step 3. Pass Youth Protection Training
scouting.org/training/youth-protection- Click on New to Scouting? Click here to take training.
- Sign in with your my.scouting.org account. Use the same account that you used or created in Step 1.
- Click Visit under the Mandatory Youth Protection Training learning plan.
- Click Enroll.
- Complete all four modules in order.
- Upon completion of Youth Protection Training, print or save a copy of your certificate of completion for your records.
