We cordially invite ALL Troop 370 scouts and their families to join us at the Annual Family Banquet on August 17th from 6-8:30pm in the St. James UMC Fellowship Hall. This special event allows us to celebrate each scout and patrol on their accomplishments and achievements from the past year. We will also look ahead to the exciting calendar of events for the coming year. This event is not to be missed!
Parents and siblings are invited. Scouts should wear complete field uniforms. There is no cost to attend, but we ask that you bring food (and serving utensils) to serve 10 people, according to your last name. Main dish, drinks and dessert to be provided by the troop.
A - L: Cold side dish (slaw, fruit, various salads, etc.)
M - Z: Hot side dish (mac & cheese, potato dish, corn, beans, etc.)
RSVP by Friday, August 12 using this online form. One response per family, please.
Set up help is needed! Meet in the Fellowship Hall.
Option 1: Tuesday, August 16th from 5 - 6:30pm - Setting up tables and chairs
Option 2 - Wednesday, August 17th from 12:30 - 2 - Decorate and final prep for the banquet.
All are welcome!
Clean-up will be a team effort at the end of the banquet!
