We are moving ahead with our Annual Family Banquet and Recognition Night but OUTSIDE and WITHOUT FOOD. Join us for our annual family event for ALL Troop 370 Scouts and families. We will celebrate the significant accomplishments of our Scouts this past year despite significant obstacles and look ahead at the upcoming schedule and how your Scout and family can participate in and contribute to our modified program of activities. Your participation is needed now more than ever to make this work for our Scouts.
This year will be quite different from past events obviously due to COVID. Some things to be aware of and consider before deciding on whether to attend this year’s event:
- This year we will have a recognition and future program rollout only. No food will be provided or served at this event.
- Each family will be assigned a space in the St. James Activities Building lot for their family to sit in. You may bring lawn chairs, blankets or anything to comfortably sit in or on during the program.
- Every other spot in the lot will remain open to allow for social distancing during the event.
- Masks will be required when in the lot.
- The Activities Building will be open for use of the restroom facilities.
- Parents and siblings are invited. Scouts should wear complete field uniform.RSVP
