All scouts and scouters are encouraged to attend the banquet!
Join us for our annual family event for ALL Troop 370 scouts and their families. We will look ahead at the upcoming year and celebrate each individual scout and each patrol's accomplishments and achievements from the past year.
Parents and siblings are invited. Scouts should wear complete field uniform. There is no cost to attend, but we ask that you bring food (and serving utensils) to serve 10 people, according to your last name:
A - L: Hot side dish (mac & cheese, potato dish, corn, beans, etc.) M - Z: Cold side dish (slaw, fruit, various salads, etc.) The Troop will provide the main course, drinks and dessert.
RSVP by Sunday, August 15 using this online form. One response per family, please.
Setup help is needed! Join fellow Scout parents the day of the banquet to help make this event a success. Meet in the Fellowship Hall at 12:30 to create centerpieces and place tablecloths on tables. All are welcome and needed!
Clean up will be a team effort at the end of the banquet!
