Health Forms with a completed Part C are required for Summer Camp and all High Adventure Trips (Philmont, Northern Tier, Sea Base, Summit, Uganda, etc). Troop 370 doctors Macon Core and John Meisinger have generously agreed (again!) to help us with the completion of Part C of these forms. They will be at our Troop meeting on 3/23, 4/13, and 4/27, upstairs in the Activities Bldg at St James (where the Troop meets) to do brief medical examinations.
Please bring your Health Form (parts A, B1/B2 & C), with parts A&B1/B2 already completed AND a copy of the front/back of your insurance card.
