Scout Weekend Campout is February 12-13 on the lawn of St James UMC. MEET TIME:SATURDAY, Feb. 12, 3:00 PMPICKUP TIME:SUNDAY, Feb. 13, 12:30 PMITINERARY:SATURDAY8:00-3:00 Merit Badge Clinic at St James (separate sign-up required)3:00-4:00 Set up tents on lawn / or help set up for Eagle Ceremony4:00-5:00 Eagle Court of Honor and Reception - All Scouts in Class A Uniform5:00-5:30 Set up tents on lawn5.30-7:30 Dinner by Patrol and Clean-up7:30-10:00 Campfire Program / Games & Activities10:00 Return to Tents and Lights OutSCOUT SUNDAY7:00-10:00 Prepare Breakfast & Clean up10:15-10:45 All Scouts dress in Class A Uniforms10:45-10:55 Scouts assemble in Fellowship Hall and will enter Sanctuary as a group10:55-12:00 Church Service in Sanctuary (Scouts and Adults dress in Class A Uniform). All Scouts (boys & girls), Cubs, Venturing Scouts, Girl Scouts and families are invited to join us for the 11:00am worship. All that attend and participate in this service will earn a “Troop Activity". Scouts must be in Class A uniforms for Sunday service.12:00-12:30 Take down tents from church lawnPatrols will plan for dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.HEALTH FORM REQUIRED: A current BSA health form (Parts A , B1, B2 and front/back of the insurance card) is required for weekend camping for Scouts and Adults. Please make sure that the troop has a current form on file by the Wednesday before the campout.
