If you're attending Summer Camp or High Adventure this summer, you are REQUIRED to have a complete (and current) BSA Health Form. Our Troop 370 doctors have again generously agreed to do an examination and complete Part C, at our regular Troop meeting times.
Please bring a completed health form and a copy of the front and back of your insurance card to your appointment.
