The Troop was awarded two crews for June 25-July 8, 2024. Each crew has a capacity of 12 participants and must include 2 (and preferably 3) adults over 21 years of age.
Scouts are eligible for a Philmont Trip if they are 14 years old by June 25 or are 13 years old and have completed 8th grade. Scouts can attend Philmont as a youth until they turn 21 years old.
We will be making a decision early this week as to whether we keep both crews or return one of the crew spots to Philmont (and avoid paying the non-refundable deposit for the 2nd crew).
Right now we only have 13 participants, including 2 adults, which is not sufficient to send two crews.

The $200 deposit is refundable up to April 1, 2023
