T370's annual Leadership Weekend will be held at Woodruff Scout Reservation August 5-6. This is our annual training and planning event and is a working weekend.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Scouts First Class rank and above, or Scouts currently serving as patrol leaders, but all scouts are invited to attend, or
* Adults that want to help with this event and get more involved with the troop
WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND: 1. Help Scouts plan the troop camping calendar for 2023/2024 season
2. Plan troop goals and activities for the season
3. Take a leadership training course. 2 options available: a. Troop Leadership Training - Scouts will be eligible to wear the "Trained" strip on their uniform b. Troop Instructor Training and Certification - For scouts that have previously completed Troop Leadership Training
