We cordially invite ALL Troop 370 scouts and their families to join us at the Annual Family Banquet on August 23rd from 6-8:30pm in the St. James UMC Fellowship Hall. This special event allows us to celebrate each scout and patrol on their accomplishments and achievements from the past year. We will also look ahead to the exciting calendar of events for the coming year. This event is not to be missed!
Accept your family's invitation
Parents and siblings are invited. Scouts should wear complete field uniforms. There is no cost to attend, but we ask that you bring food (and serving utensils) to serve 10 people, according to your last name. Main dish, drinks and dessert to be provided by the troop.
A - L: Hot side dish (mac & cheese, potato dish, corn, beans, etc.)
M - Z: Cold side dish (slaw, fruit, various salads, etc.)
RSVP by Tuesday, August 15th using our online form. One response per family, please.
Pre & Post Event Help needed
Set up & post event laundry help is needed! Meet in the Fellowship Hall.
Please indicate on the form if you are willing to help. The laundry will consist of tablecloths.
Clean-up will be a team effort at the end of the banquet!
