Mountain Way Common Community Volunteer Day – Saturday, September 20th (8:30 AM until 1:00 PM)
After being closed for 2 years for the construction of the PATH400 bridge over MWC, the park and direct access to PATH400 will be re-opened on Friday, September 26th. To prepare for this re-opening, the Friends of Mountain Way Common are organizing a community work day on Saturday, September 20th to improve trails, restore native habitats, and enhance the park’s beauty. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Wear long pants and bring gloves if you have them; tools will be provided. Scouting and school volunteer hour verification to be provided upon request.
