The troop spring pine straw sale is March 19 in the St. James front parking lot. Sign up to work and earn $ towards summer camp and other trips or earn service hours. We need drivers and loaders to make this sale a success!
Pine Straw Sales are huge opportunities scouts to earn "sweat equity" to pay for summer camp, high adventure trips and Uganda. All earnings are credited to a Scout's Troop account, with the average hourly rate above $13 per hour. Family members and friends (scout age 11 and up) can also work to earn summer camp and other trips.
We will need drivers (drive a rented U-Haul or your own pick-up truck or pull a trailer), socially distant chase cars and pine straw stagers on-site at St. James.
We need pick-up trucks for small loads too!
Snacks and Lunch will be provided.
